CIA’s Baking and Pastry Arts program gives you the practical and professional skills needed for a successful career in the baking and pastry industry.
In less than two years, you’ll receive a solid, career-focused education emphasizing hands-on learning, led by experienced instructors with backgrounds in the international industry.
This program spans 19 months and is offered in New York. The school provides housing assistance and has a modern campus with a library, restaurants, and a wide range of sports and recreational activities. The program is eligible for student loans (CSN).

What You’ll Learn

Internship & Real-World Experience
A paid internship semester is an integrated part of the program and is completed at one of CIA’s more than 2,000 partners in baking, pastry, hospitality, and restaurants. You’ll also gain hands-on experience from CIA’s own bakery cafés and public restaurants, where students work in real operations serving thousands of guests every year.
