This four-year business program provides you with the knowledge, skills, and professional experience needed to build a leadership career in hospitality and other key sectors of the global experience economy.
The program is entirely focused on employability and consists of both practical and theoretical semesters, as well as three career-oriented internship periods. When you graduate, you will have the knowledge, skills, and experience that employers are truly looking for.
The program is offered in Montreux and Bulle, Switzerland, or in London. Accommodation, meals, and health insurance are included in the price during your time at the school, as well as an international internship. All instruction is in English. The school is eligible for student loans.

Program Structure
This four-year program combines practical instruction, academic studies, and real-world professional experience. The academic semesters cover key topics in business administration, finance, and management, with the opportunity to specialize during the final semester.

- Experiential Year – Hospitality Management Experience
- During the first semester, you learn and train in the highest standards of hospitality service and operations, before undertaking your first professional internship.
- Semester 1 – EY 1: Hospitality Excellence and Practical Arts
- Semester 2 – EY 2: Hospitality Professional Immersion (24-week internship)

- BSc 1 – Year 1: Hospitality Management Excellence
- Over two academic semesters, you build on your understanding of hospitality through advanced courses and deepen your management knowledge.
- Semester 1 – BSc 1: Hospitality Fundamentals
- Semester 2 – BSc 2: Hospitality Management (Opportunity for exchange at another Sommet Education campus, subject to availability)

- BSc – Year 2: Business Proficiency
- A second professional internship is followed by an academic semester where you learn to lead a hospitality operation through projects in hotel development and revenue management.
- Semester 3 – BSc 3: Management Practice Internship
- Semester 4 – BSc 4: Integrated Business Strategies
- A second professional internship is followed by an academic semester where you learn to lead a hospitality operation through projects in hotel development and revenue management.
- BSc – Year 3: Professional Expertise
- Choose a career-focused specialization and develop your critical thinking, research, and writing skills through an Applied Business Project or a Bachelor Thesis. The program concludes with a workplace-based experience.
- Semester 5 – BSc 5: Specialization and Final Year Capstone (Part 1)
- Semester 6 – BSc 6: Theory to Expertise Practice and Final Year Capstone (Part 2) & On-the-job experience
- Specializations – Deepen your knowledge in the final year
- Luxury Brand Strategy – Understanding of luxury and the strategies behind luxury brands — a perfect foundation for careers in both the luxury and hospitality industries.
- International Hotel Development & Finance – Learn to analyze the critical success factors in asset management for hotel and resort development.
- Guest Experience and Event Management – Learn to conceptualize, design, and create memorable events and guest experiences.
- Choose a career-focused specialization and develop your critical thinking, research, and writing skills through an Applied Business Project or a Bachelor Thesis. The program concludes with a workplace-based experience.
