This four-year bachelor’s program combines Swiss educational excellence with the Ritz Paris heritage of luxury and hospitality management. You’ll gain a deep understanding of how to run first-class hotel and restaurant operations, while developing the leadership qualities and business skills required in an international industry.
The program consists of both theory and practice, where you early on get to apply your knowledge in real-world environments. During the first year, you’ll be introduced to the fundamentals of hospitality and tourism management, customer service, and personal development — followed by an internship period.
The program is offered in Brig, Switzerland. Accommodation, meals, and health insurance are included in the price during your time at the school, along with international internships. All instruction is in English. The program is CSN-eligible.

The program leads to a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Business Management, issued by a state-accredited school in Switzerland. The education prepares you for a variety of roles in hospitality, such as hotel manager, event planner, restaurant manager, travel expert, or guest relations manager — or to start and run your own business in the industry.

Structure
- Foundation Year — Discover
- The initial year focuses on introducing you to the hospitality and tourism industry. You’ll gain foundational knowledge in customer service, culinary techniques, food and beverage management, and hotel operations. Studies are combined with personal development and language instruction in French or German.
- The year concludes with a first internship period where you apply your skills in areas such as restaurant or service operations at an international hotel.
- Year 1 — Build
- During the first year of the bachelor’s program, you’ll delve into business-related subjects such as micro- and macroeconomics, business ethics, statistics, and law related to the hospitality industry. You’ll also study hotel and restaurant design, accounting, and cultural diversity in organizations.
- Following this year, a second internship period gives you the opportunity to take on greater responsibility in hotel operations, events, marketing, or luxury tourism — with support from the school’s career team.
- Year 2 — Explore
- The second year develops your ability to think innovatively and entrepreneurially. You’ll take courses in event management, international tourism, marketing, revenue management, and international business development. Additionally, you’ll begin working on your own business project while developing your leadership skills and preparing for your career.
- Year 3 — Become a Leader
- The final year focuses on strategic leadership in hospitality and tourism. You’ll deepen your knowledge of the luxury segment, business strategy, and organizational psychology.
- At the same time, you’ll continue working on your business project and begin your final thesis, which concludes the entire program.
