IIG is the first and only institution in Switzerland that offers mandatory professional internships and a guaranteed internship placement at the United Nations.

Study international relations and open the door to a future career where you help shape the world. You’ll develop a deep understanding of global processes and gain the knowledge and tools required to act in an international and ever-changing world.

This three-year bachelor’s program is offered in Geneva, Barcelona, or Madrid, with the option to switch campuses during your studies for a broader international experience. The school offers assistance with finding accommodation and has a modern campus with a library, café, and restaurant. There are also ample opportunities for sports and other leisure activities. The program is CSN-eligible.

The program provides you with a solid foundation for work in diplomatic services, international organizations such as the UN and EU, global companies, or non-profit organizations working for human rights, peace, and sustainable development.

Students have the opportunity to earn two bachelor’s degrees simultaneously over three years in Geneva: a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in International Relations from IIG and a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Business Management from the University of Plymouth, UK.

    1. Add a degree in Business Management (BSc Hons) from the University of Plymouth, UK, on-site in Geneva over three years.
    2. A requirement to proceed to the dual degree with the University of Plymouth is a minimum GPA of 2.00 and 120 ECTS credits after the first two years.
