Focus
- Year 1: Fundamental AI tools and design techniques applied to products, spaces, and digital media. Courses cover design history and the psychology of perception, while practical workshops focus on AI-driven processes and digital tools.
- Year 2: Advanced study in immersive experiences and advanced 3D production. Students work with cutting-edge design tools and explore visual technology and neuroscience in design.
- Year 3: Development of innovative projects where AI, 3D printing, robotics, and neuroscience are central. Communication is strengthened through 3D animation, sound design, and video production. The year concludes with an internship, a company project, and a thesis.

The first year is also offered as a one-year program in Milan
Istituto Marangoni’s one-year program is designed for international students who want to spend a year at Istituto Marangoni’s campus in Milan together with students from around the world. You study the first year of the bachelor’s program and, upon completing the courses, receive a certificate from Istituto Marangoni. You can also choose to continue your studies.
Accreditation: The program is under review by the Italian Ministry of Education (MUR) for recognition as a bachelor’s program (AFAM).
