Service Design
The Master’s program in Service Design at Domus Academy is workshop-based and is supported by seminars, lectures, tutoring, and fieldwork. Industry professionals, the program leader, and project leaders will guide students through individual coaching and mentorship.
This program can be taken as a master’s degree over 11 months, or as a dual master’s degree over 14 months.
The program aims to equip students with new skills in storytelling, prototyping, problem-solving, and business design that can be used to develop intuitive and relevant service concepts. In close contact with professionals from private and public sector organizations, students observe users and discover unmet customer needs, and from there develop physical and virtual systems to improve the service experience.
The combination of accredited courses and real-world professional projects gives students the opportunity to build on their academic foundation while simultaneously gaining valuable work experience that is directly applicable to their future careers.
