The Master of Science in Leadership is a two-year master’s program designed for those who want to take the next step in their career and develop modern and strategic leadership skills.
The program combines academic courses with real-world projects, international experiences, and personal development. The studies are divided into five semesters — three are completed on campus and two take place off-campus in the form of internships, global project work, or in-depth assignments.
During the program, you will develop your ability to make decisions, manage complex situations, and lead people in an effective and empathetic manner. You will work with real case studies, participate in team-based workshops, and attend seminars from industry experts. The program also includes a global leadership retreat and certification opportunities from, for example, Harvard Business Publishing.
The program is offered in Brig, Switzerland. Accommodation, meals, and health insurance are included in the fee during your time at the school, as well as an international internship. All instruction is in English. The program is eligible for Swedish student loans (CSN).
