Comics and visual storytelling

This bachelor’s degree prepares future comic artists, graphic novel authors, and visual artists, equipping them with the skills required to create engaging stories and develop their own personal style.

By studying various genres — from superheroes to manga, from Mickey Mouse to comic books, from Indie Comics to graphic novels — as well as the art of creating visual stories, students learn the fundamental principles of comics so they can create narratives, characters, and graphic sequences that can convey messages and emotions.

The programme offers a broad skill set and covers several professional fields. Visual storytelling is also suited for those who want to work with storyboards for film and video, or create concept art for video games.
