Program content
With 90% of the curriculum focused on practical workshops, you will train alongside renowned chefs, MOF holders, and world pastry champions. Each module alternates between theory, demonstration, and hands-on practice — covering modern and iconic pastries, natural and healthy desserts, artistic pastry, ice cream, food science, and an included study visit.

What you will achieve
You will refine your advanced pastry skills and gain insight into new trends, including alternative and health-conscious creations designed for changing consumer demands. Upon graduation, you will be able to:
- Plan and manage all production steps. Select the right materials and ingredients for pastries, chocolate, confectionery, and viennoiserie.
- Apply and master production and cooking techniques
- Assemble and finish products to expert standards
- Work in full compliance with hygiene, traceability, and safety standards

- Minimum 2 years of professional experience or relevant academic degree
- Minimum age: 18
- English proficiency recommended (IELTS 4.5 or equivalent B1)
