Structure

  1. Year 1 – International Diploma
    1. Fundamentals of the industry with a focus on business communication, marketing, organization theory, and finance. Insight into the structure, products, and services of the hotel and tourism industry. Practical training in beverage management and housekeeping operations. Language choice: German.
    2. Internship: 4–6 months in Switzerland (guaranteed and paid approx. 30,000 SEK/month).
  2. Year 2 – Advanced International Diploma
    1. In-depth understanding of business performance, sustainability, e-commerce, and emotional intelligence in the workplace. Hands-on experience in event planning, front office, global business, and data analysis. Kitchen operations and supervisory methodology.
    2. Internship: 4–6 months in Switzerland or internationally (paid)
  3. Year 3 – Bachelor’s Degree
    1. Choose between:
      1. Hotel Management – Strategic leadership in the hotel and hospitality industry. Business concepts for the hotel and restaurant sector. Specialization in event management and entrepreneurship.
      2. Global Business Management – HR management for global companies, international business environments, project management, product and service innovation, digital media
    2. Internship: 4–6 months in Switzerland or internationally (paid)
