An Intensive Year for Those Who Want to Work Professionally with Pastry, Chocolate, and Baked Goods
This one-year diploma program in pastry arts in Lucerne is designed for those who want to develop their creativity and technical skills in an international setting — without committing to a three-year bachelor’s degree.
Over an intensive academic year, you’ll gain a solid practical foundation in classical and modern pastry, baking, and chocolate work, combined with professional internship experience in Switzerland.
The program is offered in Lucerne, in the German-speaking part of Switzerland. The program fee includes student accommodation, meals, and insurance, as well as a paid internship. The program is eligible for student loans (CSN) for Swedish students.
